Case 6: Overview

Patients always wonder how they will look when they return to work. This patient of Middle Eastern descent had a major nasal deformity and wanted a significant change in her appearance. A "balanced approach" was used with removal of the hump balanced by adding to the upper part of the nose. The patient is shown at 12 days taking a picture of herself to send to her friends. It is my goal that the patient having a primary rhinoplasty should see a significant change in their nose as soon as the cast is removed.
