Case 4: Overview

One of the primary reasons that patients seek a rhinoplasty is that there is a major contrast between the patient's personality and their appearance. This patient has a wonderfully vibrant outgoing personality. Unfortunately, her nose is quite beaky and simply does not fit her face. We discussed various options and eventually decided on a significant change in her nose, but without any "surgical signs" of a rhinoplasty.
